Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:

    • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • International Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

    • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • This email will include your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately with proof of damage.

  • For lost or missing packages, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
